General Description: The Field Supervisor provides superior supervision, leadership & delivery of installation and startup of plant, mill and manufacturing systems possible for our clients in the most cost-effective manner.

The Field Supervisor’s work will be deemed to be acceptable when:

Work Environment:

Construction site and sawmill environments: Involves 50+ hours per week. General working hours are 6:00am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday, days worked can vary greatly. These hours and days may change based on work load and special events/meetings.

Physical Requirements:

Coordinate eye-hand movements

Use hands and fingers fully

Reach for, manipulate and feel objects

Stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl on level ground

Climb and maintain body balance on ladders, scaffolding, or high structures

See and hear well (either naturally or with correction)

Standing and walking on uneven surfaces 90 % of the time

Sitting 10 %

Lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently

Lifting up to 75 lbs. occasionally
