Field Superintendent - Civil/Utility Construction

Payton Construction Inc. is a water and wastewater general contractor located in Wimberley, Texas. We were established in 1990, and over the past 30+ years we have continued to grow into the company we are today. We self-perform concrete work, mechanical piping, civil excavation work, and subcontract specialty trades such as electrical, SCADA and controls, and coatings.

We are currently looking to add a Field Superintendent to our team.

Our Field Superintendents are responsible for the over timeliness, quality, and safety of the construction projects assigned to them. Candidates must have a great work ethic, be self-driven, detail oriented, and have a whatever it takes mentality.

· 1-Ton Truck including all associated cost (insurance, fuel, maintenance, etc.)

· Mobile Phone

· Monthly Pay (Salary) Salary Level based on experience and qualifications

· Paid Holidays (8 throughout year)

Our office is typically open Monday – Friday from 7:00AM – 5:00PM, but these hours are dependent on the workload put in front of you. As a Field Superintendent, you must set the pace and tone for your entire project, if more hours are required to be worked, then that is expected to be done.

Our office is in Wimberley Texas, but we work in all the surrounding communities, including San Antonio, Austin, San Marcos, Dripping Springs, Schertz, Blanco, and more.
