Description:

Individual will play a vital role in supporting the construction team by ensuring job sites have the materials and equipment needed to stay on schedule. This position is responsible for transporting equipment and supplies, obtaining building permits, and assisting field personnel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Pick up and deliver materials, parts, and equipment to and from job sites.

•

Visit local government offices to obtain building permits and submit required documentation.

•

Perform general field support tasks, such as helping crew members locate or receive needed items.

•

Maintain accurate records of errands, permit submissions, and deliveries.

•

Communicate effectively with project managers, site supervisors, and vendors to ensure timely task completion.

Requirements:

•

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

•

Basic understanding of construction processes, tools, and materials.

•

Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed (up to 50 lbs).

•

Strong time management and organizational skills.

•

Professional and respectful communication with contractors, vendors, and public officials.

•

Ability to work independently and take direction.
