Position Overview:

Frontier Integrity Solutions is seeking a motivated and personable Field Service Specialist to support our field staffing operations. This role is responsible for reconnecting with pipeline inspectors and field personnel in our internal database who we have not recently engaged. The goal is to determine current availability, confirm interest in future assignments, and collect updated resumes and work status.

This position involves high-volume outbound calling and requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build rapport quickly. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people and playing a key role in helping experienced professionals return to work.
