We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Field Service Engineer to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be the face of our company, working directly with clients to ensure their equipment operates at peak performance.
Your day will involve installing, maintaining, and repairing technical equipment at customer locations, troubleshooting issues on-site, and providing quick, effective solutions to minimize downtime. You will also carry out scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance, ensuring every piece of equipment meets our high standards of reliability and safety.
In addition to technical work, you’ll train clients on the correct use and care of their equipment, empowering them to get the most out of their investment. You will document all service activities and collaborate closely with our engineering team to share feedback from the field, helping us enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
