SUMMARY
The Field Quality Champion will be responsible for the quality of service delivery, technology implementation, and the regulatory compliance of assigned districts and or crews.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Focuses on the Service Quality delivery of the field crews
•Minimize NPT during an active Service Quality incident
•Manages client perceptions in the field and maintains good relationships with client field personnel to prevent or mitigate damage to reputation
•Ensure accurate reporting and maintain the Service Quality data base for the business unit
•Investigate each Service Quality incident to eliminate or reduce the likelihood of repeated failures (RCA, Action Items RACI, communication, implementation and closure of action items)
•Conduct district and field Audit schedule, to ensure trends towards Service Quality Excellence
•Ensures all districts are compliant and function without risk to their LTO
•Conduct district and field compliance audits
•Assist in the maintenance of compliance training records
•Actively participate and ensures success of new technology roll outs and field trials
•Present to Clients and Management on Service Quality, Compliance and Technology as needed
•Assist in the maintenance and implementations of policies, procedures and processes
•Trains field crew personnel when gaps are found in their required skills to perform the job
•Ability to travel as required
•Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
•High School Diploma or GED
•Minimum of 10 years of Wireline Field Services experience in P&A, Pump-Down and service work required
•Minimum of 2 years of quality or operations management at field or district level required
•Must be able to work in a team environment
•Strong technically in all Wireline operations
•Must be able to perform the essential functions in a fast paced environment
•Must possess exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work with current and potential customers, both internally and externally
•Must have excellent people management and leadership skills
•Must have excellent time management and organizational skills
•Must have good problem solving and multi-tasking skills
•Strong written and oral communication skills
•Strong data gathering and interpretation skills
COMPUTER
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
