Field Operator

Techmation Electric & Controls is looking for an experienced Field Operator for our Fort St John branch. Individuals must be knowledgeable about current OH&S legislation, conversant with the industry standards and practices of today’s safety-focused Oil & Gas sector, and have a minimum of 1 years previous experience as an operator.

This position offers an 8/6 shift with the opportunity to be home every night! Due to the nature of this project, no camp or LOA is available. Candidates must live within the Fort St John region to be considered.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 years Oil and Gas field operating experience is required

- Experience with compression, dehy, scada an asset

- Must have current Energy Safety Canada H2S Alive and CSO certificates

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work within a team environment are required

- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work alone and complete routine tasks

- Preference will be given to applicants with a limited company and truck

- Must live within commuting distance of Fort St John, BC
