Field Marketer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through various outreach methods, including door-to-door marketing. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work independently in diverse environments, while being able to set next-day appointments. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

- Conduct door-to-door marketing campaigns to promote our services and products.

- Engage with potential customers, providing information and answering questions to generate interest.

- Supervise and train new team members in marketing strategies and customer engagement techniques.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential customers for reporting purposes.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies.

Qualifications

- Valid drivers license.

- Able to pass drug screening.

- Able to pass background screening.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a significant advantage.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while meeting deadlines.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing situations.

- Enthusiasm for engaging with the community and promoting services directly.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $500.00 - $1,500.00 per week
