Job Description:

Rytec Electric is actively seeking a skilled and organized Field Coordinator / Electrician to oversee wire crews, manage project compliance, and supervise electrical work on multiple residential new construction builds within designated neighborhoods.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee Wire installation crews, ensuring adherence to company standards and code regulations for electrical installations.

- Manage punch-list checks and oversee light punch work, ensuring adjustments are addressed efficiently. Perform occasional light punchlist tasks to close out projects.

- Act as the Inspection Manager, supervising and managing a neighborhood of residential new construction home electrical projects.

- Provide leadership to ensure quality and regulatory compliance in all electrical work.

- Ensure work areas are cleaned and orderly after wire crew.

Qualifications:

- Strong people and management skills to effectively coordinate wire crews and oversee electrical projects. Experienced in clearly communicating with field and office teams.

- Proficiency in problem-solving to address issues and ensure regulatory compliance.

- Excellent time management skills to oversee multiple projects and crews concurrently.

Company Vehicle/Mileage Reimbursement: Rytec Electric provides a company vehicle (subject to insurance approval and driving record verification) for Field Coordinators/Electricians living within 20 miles of the NC office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
