Field Application Engineer

The Field Application Engineer will be a vital member of the MAXIMO solar innovation business, responsible for the deployment, support, and field optimization of our MAXIMO robot and managing the operational aspects of the robot in the field. This role combines technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a production-oriented mindset.

A successful candidate will be highly motivated, passionate about their work, and eager to push the boundaries of what is currently achievable in the field. This mission-driven individual will work closely with our construction manager, engineering and product development teams to ensure the successful deployment and operation of our robotic systems in the field. You will be the key technical relay on the field to help Engineering team identify, troubleshoot and debug any on-field issues, and will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure the deployed solar site and modules are as per the requirements of the customer.

As a Field Application Engineer in the MAXIMO business, this position will work collaboratively across MAXIMO, including engineering, business leadership, and construction management, providing feedback, issues list, installation reports, and brainstorming solutions to be implemented on sites with the aim of improving production goals.
