We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Engineer to join our growing team starting as a Solar Installer with expectations to become a Project Engineer. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who is passionate about renewable energy and eager to grow into a leadership or engineering position within our operations department. As a Field Engineer/Solar Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of residential and commercial solar systems, and you’ll work closely with our operations teams, gaining the technical skills and field experience necessary to transition into a management or engineering role.
