Welcome to Relentless, a Sales Region of Safe Home Direct based in Raleigh, NC. We are now accepting applicants for our Fall 2025 Sales Internship, running September 1 through December 19.

This is a full-time, in-person internship focused on real-world B2C sales, professional development, and personal growth. Whether you plan to pursue a career in business, medicine, law, entrepreneurship, or something else entirely — this experience will set you apart.

Our interns receive hands-on mentorship, daily sales training, and mindset coaching that provides a foundation for long-term success in any field. Many past interns have gone on to hold leadership positions on our team or stay in touch with mentors for years after the program ends.

This is not a remote role. This is face-to-face, direct-to-home sales experience.What You’ll Do:

- Generate customer leads through direct-to-home contact

- Learn and deliver a proven B2C sales presentation

- Attend daily team training and one-on-one mentorship meetings

- Set and achieve personal sales and performance goals

- Work closely with your team and leadership to provide excellent customer service

- Follow up with customers after installation and support community brand awareness

- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and continuously improve

What You’ll Learn:

- The psychology of sales and communication

- Leadership and entrepreneurship strategies

- Emotional regulation and mindset for high performance

- Time management, team dynamics, and business operations

- How to sell ethically and with confidence in a professional setting

- Career readiness and goal-setting skills not taught in traditional classrooms

You’ll also have access to our career counseling and personal development support from our in-house counselor, as well as pre-season sales blitzes and networking events.

Qualifications:

- Entry-level (no prior experience needed)

- Strong communication skills

- Coachable, competitive, and resilient

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- High ethical standards and emotional maturity

- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US

- Must pass a background check

- Open to walking, working outdoors, and interacting with people in person

All majors are welcome to apply. (Business, psychology, and communications majors often thrive in this environment.)

Schedule & Location:

- Start Date: September 1, 2025

- End Date: December 19, 2025

- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays

- Location: Raleigh, NC (in-person)

Compensation & Benefits:

- Primarily commission-based with a guaranteed base pay
