Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

This role leads the Facilities department to support production needs through effective, safe, and proactive maintenance practices. It plays a key part in the Maintenance support team, driving operational excellence aligned with safety standards and performance metrics. What Is The Job:

- Lead and schedule maintenance team workflows to meet daily operational needs efficiently

- Train, mentor, and evaluate technicians to build a strong, cross-functional team

- Oversee and support preventive and predictive maintenance programs and procedures

- Interpret manuals and work orders to guide equipment servicing and repairs

- Provide feedback, support onboarding, and foster team-oriented collaboration across departments

- Ensure work areas meet safety standards and remain clean, organized, and accessible

What You Bring:

- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience or a degree in Engineering or related field

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics; able to read blueprints and schematics

- Skilled in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and preventive maintenance planning

- Familiar with industrial safety protocols and comfortable in fast-paced environments

- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism

- Self-directed, adaptable, and willing to work flexible hours when needed
