Fabrication Lead (Night Shift)

Summary

This position is a night shift position.

Fabrication Leads are production workers who provide daily leadership to a team of 10 to 20 individuals, including Fitters, Welders, and Helpers, under the supervision of a Supervisor. The Fabrication Lead is responsible for ensuring that their team completes work orders on time, within the designated duration, and according to planned hours.

The lead will assign work orders to Fitters and Welders in an effective and efficient manner to maximize flow and throughput. Additionally, the Fabrication Lead must prioritize tasks based on committed deadlines. They will monitor all work to ensure that team members perform their activities in accordance with project requirements, safely, and with the highest quality standards.

Effective communication with their supervisor, manager, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team, Facilities, Warehouse, and others is essential. All duties must align with EFX's Vision, Mission, Values, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements

Industrial environment. This role will require a large amount of standing, bending, squatting, lifting and walking on a constant basis. May be required to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs. Many tasks have high degrees of time sensitivity
