We are actively seeking experienced Commercial Painters, Lead Painters, and Painter Foremen to join our growing team. Responsibilities

•

Prepare commercial surfaces including drywall, metal, concrete, and wood through sanding, scraping, patching, and power washing.

•

Ensure proper masking and protection of fixtures, flooring, and furniture in retail and occupied spaces.

•

Mix, match, and apply a variety of coatings including latex, epoxy, and specialty commercial-grade finishes.

•

Use brushes, rollers, airless sprayers, and other tools to complete projects to a professional standard.

•

Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications for commercial painting scopes.

•

Maintain a clean and safe worksite with proper containment and ventilation when working in occupied or sensitive environments.

•

Handle and store paints, thinners, and other materials safely in accordance with OSHA guidelines.

•

Coordinate with job site supervisors, project managers, and subcontractors to meet project timelines.

•

Train and oversee team members if in a foreman or lead role.

Requirements

•

Minimum 1 years of painting experience.

•

Strong knowledge of surface prep, primer and finish selection for high-traffic areas.

•

Experience working in retail environments, tenant improvements, and occupied commercial spaces.

•

Proficient in masking, spraying, cutting-in, and clean-up techniques.

•

Comfortable working at heights and on ladders or scaffolding.

•

Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

•

Valid driver’s license (required).

•

Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required.

•

Willing to travel locally (up to 50% of the time).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
