Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team for Post-construction cleaning on multiple job sites. This position is for a final cleaner which requires attention to detail, quality is the upmost of importance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are hygienic and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

•

Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.

•

Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free from debris.

•

Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies.

•

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.

•

Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.

•

Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.

•

Assist with special cleaning projects as required.

Qualifications

•

Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred. Post-construction cleaning experience is preferred.

•

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

•

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

•

Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.

•

Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods, including lifting up to 25 pounds.

•

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.

•

Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Transportation is required. This job is held on varies job sites throughout Rochester, Victor, Canandaigua and Geneva.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
