Summary

We are seeking an Accountant/Controller to join our dynamic team at IPS Integrated Power Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our mission to provide sustainable energy solutions while maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•

Maintain accurate and timely accounting records for IPS and its subsidiaries.

•

Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

•

Develop and manage budgets, identify areas for improvement, and implement process changes.

•

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including collections and vendor communications.

•

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

•

Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

•

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

•

3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.

•

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, Sage Quantum Pro and/or QuickBooks proficiency, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

•

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

•

Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in a related industry.

•

Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

•

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
