Job Summary:
The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting functions and administrative support. This includes general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, and office coordination. The role supports the CFO and contributes to the smooth operation of the finance department and broader administrative functions.
· Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and sub-ledgers
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
· Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
· Assist in preparing documents for audits and tax filings
· Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reports as requested by CFO
· Organize and maintain financial records and filing systems (physical and digital)
· Manage and respond to internal and external correspondence
· Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and assist with document preparation for CFO
· Assist with HR-related documentation and onboarding support
· Perform general office support and other administrative duties as assigned
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
· 2–5 years of accounting and administrative experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel (NetSuite experience preferred)
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
· Reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently
