Expeditor

Expeditor ensures the timely flow of materials, components, and equipment through the manufacturing or fabrication process to meet production schedules in an oil and gas environment. This role involves coordinating with procurement, quality control, and production teams to monitor progress, identify delays, and expedite critical items to avoid schedule impacts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track and expedite orders through fabrication, welding, coating, and assembly stages.

- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve delays and bottlenecks.

- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

- Maintain accurate status reports and update stakeholders regularly.

- Support inspectors and project managers with documentation and logistics.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in oil & gas environment

- Knowledge of workflows and material tracking systems.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
