Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

•

Maintain accurate and efficient claims processing.

•

Verify information diligently and follow up with facilities to resolve concerns.

•

Interpret contracts, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with established processes.

•

Negotiate to achieve favorable outcomes for claims.

•

Supplement claims with additional documentation as needed to support the claims review process.

Qualifications:

•

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

•

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

•

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

•

Experience handling challenging claims with professionalism.

•

Quick learner, able to adapt to new processes and procedures.

•

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Xactimate.
