We are recruiting individuals that are great communicators, able to prioritize and multitask, and have a knack for numbers. Willing to train! Instead, they had exceptional phone and email communications skills, were good at prioritization and time management, high attention to detail, strong basic computer skills, self-motivated and were always imagining new ways of making our team and processes better.
