Role Description

This is a full-time entry-level estimator role located in the United States and requires on-site presence. The Entry-Level Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, conducting material and labor cost estimates, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, and preparing project bids. Additionally, they will assist in project planning activities and ensure compliance with project deadlines and budget constraints.

Qualifications

· High school diploma required; degree in Construction Management or similar preferred.

· 0–2 years of experience in construction or estimating (internships a plus).

· Strong aptitude in take-offs and blueprint reading.

· Familiarity with estimating tools is a plus.

· Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.

· Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
