Equipment Operator

Premier Recycling, a fast-growing recycling and demolition company, is looking for a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment and takes pride in operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently.

About the Role:

As an Equipment Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating various heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, and other machinery, in both our scrap yard facility and on job sites. You'll report to the Site Supervisor and be a key part of our daily operations — processing scrap metal, loading/unloading material, and supporting demolition work when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience operating heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, etc.)

- A positive attitude, team mindset, and willingness to adapt to a variety of tasks

- Ability to work in both yard and field environments (some travel to job sites required)

- Experience with scrap metal or demolition is a strong asset

- A DZ or AZ license and/or experience with roll-off trucks is an asset, but not required
