As an Environmental Health & Safety intern. you will assist and participate in multiple safety programs and projects.
You will report to the Quality Manager and be located at our New Stanton location. This is a paid, full-time, onsite summer position.
- Behavior-based Safety Observations and employee communications
- Procedure development and updates
- Participate in monthly management department inspections
- Develop job hazard analyses
- Environmental inspections and evaluations
- Paint booth calibration and VOC data collection / entry
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in an Occupational Safety Degree Program or Environmental Field
- Complete Sophomore year of college
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $18.70 to $22.69 per hour.
