Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Environment, Health and Safety Manager located in Midland, TX. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing health and safety protocols, implementing environmental health and safety initiatives, conducting accident investigations, providing occupational health guidance, and delivering training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop, implement, and manage HSE programs and policies tailored to field services in the oil and gas industry.
•Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
•Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to address safety and environmental risks.
•Lead and coordinate safety training programs for employees, ensuring they are well-informed about HSE procedures and best practices.
•Investigate accidents and incidents, providing detailed reports and recommendations for preventing future occurrences.
•Collaborate with management and field personnel to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
•Administer H2S training and entering the data to ADS Services QHSE enterprise management system.
•Stay current with industry regulations, trends, and best practices, integrating relevant updates into company policies.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry.
•In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
•Proven track record of successfully implementing HSE programs and managing safety initiatives.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address safety and environmental risks.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with a diverse team.
•Certification in HSE-related disciplines (e.g., NEBOSH, CSP, CHMM) is preferred.
•OSHA 30 Hours class, ISO9001:2015 v Strong knowledge.
