An ideal candidate will be a recent trade school graduate—preferably with a focus in automotive or diesel technology—who possesses strong mechanical aptitude, takes initiative as a self-starter, and shows a genuine eagerness to learn. This individual should have a desire to grow within the organization, with the long-term goal of transitioning into a field service technician role.
