As part of our growing pest control sales team, you will be the face of our brand, promoting our services to homeowners and businesses throughout the McKinney area. This role offers a great opportunity to learn about the pest control industry while building hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer service. You will work in a field-based environment, directly engaging with customers to offer them solutions that improve their homes and businesses. - Sales & Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers face-to-face at residential and commercial properties, providing information about our pest control services and explaining the benefits of our solutions.
- Consultative Selling: Assess customer needs and offer tailored pest control solutions based on the specific challenges they face.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our pest control services and techniques, and communicate this knowledge effectively to customers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to both new and existing customers, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term relationships.
- Field Support: Work closely with our sales and service teams to coordinate visits and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Campaign Management: Assist with the organization and execution of marketing campaigns, door-to-door outreach, and promotional events to raise awareness and generate sales leads.
- Problem Solving: Help identify pest control issues and provide solutions that fit each customer’s unique needs.
