This role is made for people just entering the manufacturing industry who are interested in rotating through the many different processes we have in our factory. After ~12 months of trying different roles, we will help fit you in where you enjoy working the most.

Operational roles in our factory include:

- Steel cutting and kitting

- Frame assembly

- Welding

- Laser Etching and Surface Prep

- Powder Coating

- Electrical Panel Assembly

There is significant room for upward growth and increases in pay for top contributors and leaders in machine fabrication.

Role and Responsibilities (Training Provided!):

- Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy

- Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals

- Maintain a clean and safe work area

- Follow all written and verbal instructions

- Ability to work entire shift on your feet

- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude

- Constantly improving your role and providing feedback to the engineers to improve the production process

Preferred Skills (All are not required):

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

- Able to lift up to 50 pounds

- Good working knowledge of industrial operations
