Entry-Level Machinist

Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Fab Shop Machine Operators. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery to ensure the efficient production of high-quality parts. While no prior experience is required, candidates with a background in CNC operation or machine handling are preferred. Training will be provided for the right candidates.

Schedule:

- Monday - Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Compensation:

- Starting pay: $15 - $16 per hour, depending on experience

- Training available for the right candidate

Job Duties:

- Fabrication shop setting with hands-on machine operation and production tasks.

- Perform machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to produce high-quality parts.

- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet specifications.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and procedures.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals and deadlines are met.

- Report any machine malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor promptly.

- Participate in training programs to develop and enhance technical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
