Enterprise Architect (contract)

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive large-scale transformation efforts focused on billing and invoicing modernization within our Customer Information System (CIS) program. This role will ensure that billing processes, technologies, and operational integrity align with the enterprise strategy. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in transformation programs, particularly those related to SAP, and have a proven track record of successfully modernizing billing processes in complex, regulated environments.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end billing process transformation within CIS.

- Oversee invoice design, delivery channels, and digital adoption strategies.

- Partner with IT, Product, and business units to ensure CIS functionality aligns with business needs.

- Establish billing performance metrics, dispute resolution controls, and accuracy standards.

- Drive automation and analytics adoption to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Develop and implement strategic transformation roadmaps aligned with business goals.

- Direct planning, governance, and execution of transformational projects.

- Champion organizational change management to ensure adoption.

- Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and progress to leadership.

- Identify and mitigate program risks to ensure operational integrity.

- Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing transformation team.

- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging billing technologies.
