The Engineering Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Engineering Programs team by ensuring smooth project tracking, issue escalation, and cross-functional communication. This position does not
involve hands-on engineering work but focuses on project coordination, administrative support, and maintaining visibility into project status and deliverables. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Monitor engineering project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple programs.
- Track and report project status updates to relevant stakeholders, highlighting risks or issues that require attention.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items and follow-ups.
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and shared resources to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
- Serve as a liaison between engineering teams and other departments (e.g., product management, operations, procurement).
- Support the Engineering Programs team by picking up legacy responsibilities and assisting with process improvements.
- Help manage resource allocation and scheduling for engineering initiatives.
- Assist with onboarding and coordination of contractors or external partners as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards.
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
- Bachelor's Degree

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or similar).
- Ability to identify and escalate issues proactively.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with engineering terminology and workflows is a plus.
- This role requires regular on-site presence to support engineering teams and maintain project visibility.
- Occasional remote work may be permitted based on team needs and performance.
- Flexibility and adaptability are key, as priorities may shift quickly.
