Nashville Electric Service is currently accepting applications for Engineer I-Trainee in our Customer Engineering Section and at our T&D Operations Service Center. The primary purpose of this position is to perform responsible engineering work in the field or office while developing independent judgment and skills to make decisions.
Position requires: Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited engineering curriculum as defined in the rules of the Tennessee State Board of Architectural and Engineering Examiners, Chapter 120-1 is required.
Must have a valid Class D driver’s license from state of residence in accordance with state law.
Minimum rate of pay is $40.77 per hour, along with a competitive benefit package.
