Summary
Seeking a results-driven Energy Efficiency staff-member to lead the design and implementation of energy efficiency programs that meet current and future savings goals. This role emphasizes the application of the International Performance Measurement & Verification Protocol (IPMVP) and cost-effectiveness testing to ensure regulatory compliance and program success.
We are considering applicants with multiple experience levels and skills. Please see below for minimum requirements for each level below. This position will be on-site based out of Downtown Dallas 3 + days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop energy efficiency programs and measures in alignment with the Texas Technical Reference Manual and industry best practices
- Present technical and M&V information to service providers, customers, and external stakeholders
- Document M&V activities to ensure defensibility with regulators, auditors, and intervenors
- Conduct technical reviews and prepare documentation for new and existing energy efficiency measures
- Support regulatory compliance and interface with the Public Utility Commission of Texas and its EM&V Evaluator
- Develop and maintain complex forecasting models for program delivery systems
- Prioritize safety in all aspects of program design and implementation
- Collaborate across departments to resolve technical issues and present detailed project documentation
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability
- Promote environmental responsibility, corporate citizenship, and ethical conduct

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Math, Physics, Computer Science, Planning, Sustainability, Public Policy, Business, or another related field is required
- Applicants with experience in utility incentive programs or third-party program implementation are encouraged to apply
- Engineer Associate: 0-2 years of applicable professional work related experienced is encouraged to apply
- Engineer: 2 plus years of applicable professional work related experienced is encouraged to apply
- Staff Engineer:4 plus years of applicable professional work related experienced is encouraged to apply
