Responsibilities include assisting senior engineers in the design, development, and testing of engineering solutions; conducting research and analysis to support project goals; preparing technical documentation and reports; participating in team meetings and contributing to project discussions; performing calculations and simulations as required; assisting in troubleshooting and problem-solving of technical issues; adhering to safety protocols and quality standards; completing assigned tasks within established timelines; demonstrating a strong work ethic and willingness to learn; and innovating to improve company and project performance. Experience required is recent graduate or graduating senior with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Computer Engineering, strong academic record, valued work experience including internships and co-ops, proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CAD software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, programming languages like Python, 3D modeling/simulation software, ANSYS), excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and teamwork skills, and ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
