To join our team as an Energy Engineer, C&I Programs. You will support the development and delivery of energy efficiency programs by providing customer interactions, building system audits for energy efficiency, engineering calculations, measurement and verification, and utility program technical design and assistance. You will lead design and development of technical strategies, conduct analysis to inform and recommend energy savings, and develop plans and provides reporting that contributes to the success of client programs. You will be responsible for writing and informing technical documents, publications, and conducting quality review of content of your own work and that of your peers. You will be responsible for managing your workload and continuously informing customers and project team of updates and necessary adjustments.

Driving

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment. $74,000.00 - $111,000.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
