Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of proven closing experience (solar, roofing, or home services preferred)

- Bilingual (English & Spanish) strongly preferred

- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven personality
