Who We're Looking For

You’re a Closer who knows how to connect, educate, and deliver real value to customers. You have experience selling solar and/or HVAC systems, and you’re ready to work in a hybrid environment— combining virtual consultations with in-person appointments across SC, NC, and GA.

Must-Have Qualifications:

- Initiative to learn our products, processes and software

- Proven sales experience in solar & battery, generators, HVAC, or energy-related industries

- Ability to self-generate leads AND close warm, company-provided appointments

- Professional presentation, both virtually and in person

- Reliable transportation for in-person visits (as needed)

- Strong communication and consultative sales skills

- Ability to operate as a 1099 contractor (flexibility + freedom!)
