PSE's Customer Energy Mgmt & Renewables team is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open Energy Advisor position!

Job Description

Researches, analyzes, resolves and responds to customer inquiries, issues and requests related to energy efficiency and conservation via phone interactions; and promotes and explains energy efficiency and renewable programs and their advantages. Handles a high volume of inbound customer calls while maintaining professional and clear communication throughout each interaction. Represents the Company in an effort to promote and cross-market products and services by presenting and providing educational materials to employees, organizations and community groups. Works in a team environment and must be able to rapidly adapt to changes in services and programs. Receives training and instruction in departmental procedures and is expected to use good judgment in independently responding to recurring customer issues and/or complaints. Refers unique, difficult or unusual customer service issues to the Senior Energy Advisor.

Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE’s operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety.

Demonstrates commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically and consistent with our core values and Code of Conduct. Ensures duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations.

The pay range for this position is $57,300.00 - $89,000.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses.
