Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Inland Fixture. In this role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks that ensure the functionality and safety of our clients' facilities. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

•

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems including electrical, plumbing, drywall, framing, painting, flooring (tile, epoxy, VCT, ceramic), and more.

•

Drive from site to site for repairs.

•

Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients during service calls.

Requirements

•

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.

•

Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques.

•

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

•

Clean Driving record
