Electrician Superintendent

Smith Electrical Contractors, Inc. has an immediate opening for an experienced CA Certified Journeyman Electrician Superintendent to join our team as a partner with the Owner/CEO.

Experience:

· 15+ years of professional, residential electrical experience with proven experience of managing crews and overseeing the successful completion of electrical projects.

· Estimating jobs, writing up cost sheets and material lists, ordering materials, and load calculations.

· Manage electrical projects from beginning (in the office via email and phone, working with customers and utilities) to scheduling (permitting, utilities), and completion (job site visits, setting up crews, closing out jobs for payment).

· Proven mastery of upgrading residential main electrical panels; experience with electric vehicle charger installations, solar installations, and battery installations preferred.

Requirements:

· Must be CA Certified Journeyman Electrician

· Must have a clean driving record with valid CA Driver’s License (to drive company vans)

· Ability to work a full time, Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30 pm, with some overtime

· Must have a smart phone with texting and emailing capabilities

· Must have reliable transportation to arrive on-time at our El Cajon office

Compensation & Benefits:

· $50 - $55 per hour (salaried position) depending on experience

· Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with matching, paid time off, signing bonus, bonus pay

· Use of a company van
