- Be available for 24-hour on-call rotation
- Replace electric motors, sheaves, and belts
- Calculate sheave size for proper strokes per minute (SPM)
- Use hot sticks to change line fuses and reset reclosers
- Run conduit and pull wire
- Install and service ESP surface equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair control panels
- Splice 6kV underground cable
- Maintain surge protection and grounding systems
- Install POCs
- Maintain and service company vehicle (keep clean and stocked)
- Communicate equipment or operational issues to supervisor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the oil & gas industry

The Electrician II is responsible for maintaining, ordering, installing, tracking, and optimizing electrical equipment used in field operations. This role supports day-to-day electrical needs in a production area and provides hands-on support with minimal oversight.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Weekend rotation shared with other electricians – one team member covers call-outs so others can enjoy time with their families.
Expect some overtime.
