Experienced Electrician – ROI Solar Inc. Lodi, CA | Full-time

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong background in residential electrical work (must-have).

- Commercial three-phase electrical experience is a definite plus.

- Solar + battery experience is a bonus (we’ll train you if not).

- Someone who can lead, communicate, and take ownership of projects.

- A professional who values quality, safety, and teamwork.

What the Job Involves:

- On-site residential and commercial projects across Northern California.

- Occasional work at our facility in Lodi, CA.

- Hands-on leadership guiding crews, ensuring quality installs, and setting the standard.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
