Responsibilities:

•

Execute electrical work and assist electricians by performing tasks under supervision.

•

Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them.

•

Install electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.

•

Install and test safety and distribution components (e.g., switches, circuit-breaker panels).

•

Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits and networks as needed.

Requirements and Skills:

•

Experience: Journeyman with at least 3 years in commercial electrical systems.

•

Education: High school diploma or GED; vocational training or completed apprenticeship preferred.

•

Technical Skills:

•

Proficient with electrical and hand tools (e.g., wire strippers, voltmeter).

•

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings

•

Other:

•

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

•

Own basic electrical hand tools.
