We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Electrician to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal hfor individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade while working under the guidance of experienced electricians. The Apprentice Electrician will assist in various electrical projects, learning essential skills and techniques necessary for a successful career in the industry.

Duties

- Can do the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.

- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.

- Do renovation existing electrical systems to improve efficiency and safety.

- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in various tasks.

- Work with low voltage systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

- Support industrial electricians in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.

Skills

- Basic understanding of electrical concepts and terminology.

- Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints.

- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in electrical work.

- Knowledge of logic controllers is a plus.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating strong individual initiative.

- A maintenance person mindset with problem-solving skills to address various challenges on the job site.

- Willingness to learn about low voltage systems and industrial electrical practices.
