We are hiring immediately for a Electrical Technician 2 - BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) in our Justin, TX Service Center - a role that will help us power progress for our customers.

What you’ll do:

- You’ll be based out of our Justin, TX Service center.

- Minimum 70% of Travel

- You’ll have an opportunity to work overtime and weekends, and travel (upon short notice).

- Perform planned maintenance on Battery Energy Storage systems as well as test and troubleshoot to repair.

- Preparing Battery Energy Storage Systems(BESS) for hire shop, Project Commissioning, fault finding and repair on-site and in shop.

- Provide field support by assisting in installation of battery system

- Asist in training of battery backup systems.

We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:

- High School diploma/GED

- 4+ years of electrical experience within the Utility Sector or similar industry

- Perform planned maintenance on Battery Energy Storage system, Load Banks test and troubleshoot to repair.

- Understanding of AC and DC power, 3 phase system, component

- Must have valid Drivers License Real ID compliant & passport bonus

- Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 50 lbs.
