General Description:
The Electrical Supervisor position will provide field support for planning, scheduling, and execution of electrical and instrumentation projects. The Electrical Supervisor will integrate into a project team with a primary focus on supporting field execution. The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that project activities are planned and executed with the highest regard for safety and quality. The Electrical Superintendent will be drafting and tracking schedules, executing change orders, and putting together estimates for new work.
This position will be responsible for driving CCI's Mission, Vision, and Values, a crucial part of the strategic plan to drive success. THIS IS A MONDAY-FRIDAY, 40 HOUR POSITION. MUST BE LOCAL TO KENAI AREA.

•Assembling and planning detailed work packages
•Assure implementation of client work practices for all aspects of field work
•Inspection on receipt of Owner provided equipment and material for Overage, Short and/or Damaged (OSD)
•Drafting and tracking schedules
•Operations: Planning, permitting, safe execution of work
•Health, Safety, Environmental, & Security: Job Safety Analysis, Contractor orientations
•Maintenance: Project walk downs and commissioning
•Facilitate project safety through participation in daily safety meetings, non-routine work reviews and Task Safety Analysis discussions
•Quality assurance including field inspection of work in place and verification of contractor quality program documentation
•Put together estimates for new work and execute change orders
•Interface refinery support for contractor activities
•Assist in achieving growth targets by working with the business development department and engineering to propose modifications to systems that results in securing incremental throughput

•Supervises personnel and conducts employee performance evaluations.
•Maintains employee confidence and protects company assets, including intellectual property, by keeping information confidential.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
•Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
•Ability to read, comprehend and react to changes in dials and gauges associated with the operation of the plant.
•Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
•Proficient in the use of hand tools, shop and mechanic's tools and precision tools associated with the equipment assigned.
•Knowledge of basic tool use and heavy equipment.
•Requires excellent organizational and record keeping skills.
•Ability to prioritize and schedule work.
•Able to define problems, collect date, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
•Able to use basic computer software such as Microsoft Office.
•Knowledge of oilfield safety practices is required.
•Ability to pass CCI and Client background check.
Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and severe outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles in a mechanical shop environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Hearing protection and the use of safety eyewear is required in most working situations.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
•High school diploma or GED is required.
•Valid driver's license is required.
A current Cook Inlet Training Standard (CITS) health & safety card OR the combination of an OSHA 10 hour and 24-hour Hazwoper (Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response) training is required.
•Minimum of Electrical Journeyman license
•Medium voltage experience with knowledge of power delivery systems is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Electrical Administrator License
Physical Requirements:

•LIFTING: Must be able to routinely lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist, 50 pounds from wait level to shoulder height and carry 50 pounds for 20 feet.
•RANGE OF MOTION: An objective range of motion measurement will be conducted and recorded using a five position and rapid exchange grip strength test during the pre-hire/post offer FCE
