ELECTRICAL SALES ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
•Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the company’s client base while building strong relationships with existing customers. Targeting but not limited to property managers, facility managers, and general contractors.
•Client Relationship Management: Foster enduring client partnerships by providing exceptional service and support, focused on understanding and addressing their specific electrical service and maintenance needs.
•Consultative Sales Approach: Engage in in-depth conversations to diagnose client challenges, articulate the implications of those challenges, and propose tailored electrical solutions that meet their operational requirements.
•Market Expansion: Enhance Alliant Systems' market presence by targeting specific verticals and exploring horizontal growth opportunities within the electrical services sector.
•Performance Tracking: Utilize the company's CRM platform to monitor sales activities, forecast business prospects, and evaluate performance against established metrics.
•Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with engineering and technical teams to deliver effective electrical service solutions, ensuring seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction.
ELECTRICAL SALES QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
•Proven track record in sales and account management within the construction industry.
•Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
•An understanding of electrical systems and service.
•·Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word, and Bluebeam and Adobe Review
•Ability to effectively interact with customers, technicians, sales, office and field personnel
•Ability to consistently set goals and meet deadlines
•History of good employment attendance
•A valid license and clean driving record is required
