Position Description

KCI Engineering Consultants is seeking full-time Electrical Engineers to support Nuclear Power Plant projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Design calculations and modifications

- Environmental/Equipment Qualification (EQ)

- Engineering change packages

- Licensing & engineering evaluations

- Respond to regulatory concerns

- Support modification installation activities

Specific knowledge and experience

- Experience and knowledge with nuclear power plant components and systems

- Knowledge and experience in design, development and delivery of design modification packages, and projects for nuclear power plants

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- B.S. in Electrical Engineering

- Experience - at least 2 years professional experience performing work at or for a nuclear power plant (position based upon experience)

Preferred Qualifications

- Advanced technical degree or related coursework

- Extensive Commercial Nuclear Power Plant Experience

- Professional Engineer Registration (within IL, PA, WA, and others is ideal)
