- Licensed Professional Engineer registration required

- Knowledgeable of NEC, NESC, NFPA, API, NEMA, IEEE/ANSI etc.
- Proficient with Electrical Engineering software such as ETAP and SKM
- Ability to identify and define design deficiencies and provide solutions through clear and precise communication.
- Able to estimate future potential projects
- Successfully lead a project I&E team in the execution of a project by delivering quality IFC documents and maintaining budget & schedule.
- Possess professional presence and able to work with clients and vendors to resolve issues
- Successful working in a multi-discipline team environment and can work on multiple fast paced projects
- Create an execution strategy based on the Scope of Work & Design Basis.
- Maintain client relations by going to site visits, PHA/HAZOP reviews, 30%/60%/90% model reviews, Design Reviews, and Kick-off Meetings.
- Ability to be a self-starter that requires minimal help to execute a project
- Proficient with Electrical Engineering software such as ETAP and SKM
- Able to work with the appropriate level of supervision and accept a high degree of personal responsibility for results.
- Serve as technical resource to Engineers, Designers, and other departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 15 years minimum Electrical experience in Utility, Oil & Gas and petrochemical industry
- Ability to manage time efficiently across multiple projects.
- Experience in Power System modeling software like SKM and ETAP
- Knowledge of Protections relays: SEL, GE Multilin
- Knowledge of relevant Electrical Codes and Standards including but not limited to NEC, NESC, NFPA, API, NEMA, IEEE/ANSI etc.
- Independently determine methods and processes
- Self-motivated
