Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic Research & Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power electronics and a passion for applying machine learning and artificial intelligence to solve complex problems in battery technology. You will play a critical role in the entire product lifecycle, from conceptual research and design to contributing to our intellectual property portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact on our core products.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to the research, development, and improvement of our core products, with a focus on innovation in battery management systems (BMS) and power electronics.

Design, develop, and implement advanced computational tools using machine learning models to support battery performance evaluation, lifecycle prediction, and operational optimization.
Architect and build proprietary artificial intelligence tools to support business digitalization initiatives, including customer relationship management, market data analysis, and decision support for future products.
Conduct rigorous testing and validation of new designs and algorithms.
Prepare detailed technical documentation for new technologies to support patent applications and contribute to the company’s intellectual property portfolio.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers and business leaders to bring new products from concept to market.


Qualifications:

Required:
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Strong foundational knowledge of power electronics, battery systems, and circuit design.
Demonstrated experience with machine learning models and data analysis.
Proficiency in programming languages relevant to machine learning and embedded systems (e.g., Python, C/C++).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex engineering challenges.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
A Ph.D. or Master's degree in a relevant engineering field.
A portfolio of projects or publications related to power systems or machine learning.
